Samuel Alexander Wayne, born February 7, 1988, died November 18, 2021 from respiratory failure at Theda Clark Medical Center - Neenah. As a special-needs adult, Sam struggled with disabilities and served as an inspiration to all who knew him.
The son of Kenneth A. Wayne Sr. and Sarabeth Wayne, Samuel was cared for by his parents at home in Suring.
Samuel is survived by his parents, his brother Kenneth A. Wayne Jr., sister-in-law Deanna J. Wayne, his sister Penelope A. Wayne, several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephew.
The family wants to send a special thanks to Samuel’s caregivers for the superb care they gave Sam over the years.
