Steven John Fondie passed away peacefully on October 24, 2020, at home surrounded by his loving family and friends. Steven was born on December 22, 1986, in Rhinelander, WI.
Steven is survived by the love of his life Amanda Fondie and daughter Lillie Huettl; parents Catherine (Michael) Hersey and John Fondie; parents-in-law John and Denice Huettl; brother- in-law Dalton (Lacey) Huettl; sisters Amy (Zack) Jones, Samantha (Brandon) Michie, Jennifer (Jason) Fox, Amber Fondie, and Emily Fondie; brothers Joshua Fondie, Jacob Fondie, and Nathan Fondie, grandparents, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as best friends Travis Miazga and Darren Baewer.
Steven loved to go fishing, camping, and have cookouts. He loved the holidays and enjoyed being with all of his family and friends.
A celebration of life is planned for July 2021, date to be announced.
