William "Bill" Myhill, 82 of Appleton, WI, passed away on August 7, 2023.  Born on May 3, 1941, in Coloma, WI to William Sr. and Leola Myhill, Bill was a playful and mischievous man, and a practical joker at heart.  He brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.

Bill grew up in Mequon, until he moved to Milwaukee at age 17.  He met the love of his life, Darlene, through friends, shortly after his move to Milwaukee.  After dating for 2 years, they were wed in St. Michael's Church on August 6, 1960.  Together, they welcomed 4 beautiful children.  Bill worked for 40+ years in the grocery industry, until retiring in Las Vegas, NV with his wife.  They returned to Wisconsin in 2018 to enjoy time with their family and friends.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Darlene, and his children: Steven (Sara) Myhill, Denise (Chris) Tessen, and Tammy (Rick) Kosidowski.  He was a loving grandfather to Bradley (Ginger) Schraven, David (Courtnee) Schraven, Krystal (James)) Falkner, Craig (Darrion) Englund, Kayla Lustig, and Kristin Lustig.  Bill also adored his great-grandchildren:: Tyler Schraven, Jazmine Falkner, Nathan Schraven, Dominic Falkner, Lia Myhill, Ethan Schraven, Isabella Myhill, and Caden Schraven.  He is also survived by his sisters: Betty Cheever, Margie Pecus, Jane Nowitzke, Judy Vincent, and Mary Stefanovic; brothers: Harold Wilson and Ervin Wilson; his best friends and faithful companions, Bailey, Brandy, and Mandy; and many nieces and nephews.

Bill's daughter, Kim Myhill, preceded him in death, along with his parents, William Myhill Sr. and Leola Myhill; his sisters, Mary Laney, Alice Schroeder, Pearl Barry, and Lorraine McCullough; his brothers, Henry Myhill, Vern Wilson, Wayne Wilson, and Scott Wilson; his father and mother-in-law, Clara and Eugene Wilson; as well as his old dogs, Holly and Holly.

In his free time, Bill enjoyed playing pool, golfing, fishing, and family vacations.  He was also an avid card player, especially enjoying games of cribbage, and loved playing games with his family.  Bill especially loved staying on his land in Mountain, WI with his family, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and many water fights with his grandchildren.  Bill enjoyed visiting his daughter, Tammy, and son-in-law, Rick, and granddaughters at their bar and grill.
