Carl Garcia died with his long-time girlfriend, Vickie Lemke, by his side. He was preceded in death by his mom and dad, John Sr. and Hazel Garcia and three brothers, John Jr., Jimmie and Nathaniel. He is survived by three brothers: Bill (Debra), David (Carol) and Scott; two sons, Dean and Matthew; and lots of nieces and nephews, and his best friend, Jerry (dog).
We love and miss you and will never forget you. Rest in peace.
