Carol Mae Clark, age 79, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2026. She was born to the late Harold and Rosemary Delrow on March 4, 1947, and attended St. Mary’s Catholic School in Menasha, Wisconsin.
On November 4, 1961, Carol married the love of her life, James Russell Clark Sr. Together they built a large and loving family and shared many wonderful years together. During the 1980s, Carol and James co-owned Humples Corner / The Unicorn Pub in Appleton, Wisconsin, where they created many lasting friendships and memories.
Carol had a special love for collecting dolls, a hobby she enjoyed sharing with her beloved sister, Rosalie. She and James were also active bowlers in a champion league and proudly earned many trophies over the years.
Carol was preceded in death by her mother, Rosemary Delrow; her father, Harold E. Delrow; her brothers, Harold Delrow Jr., James Delrow, and Gerald Delrow; her sister, Rosalie Dombrowski; her foster son, John Clark; and her son-in-law, Jeffrey Greene.
She is lovingly survived by her husband, James Russell Clark Sr.; her children, Timothy Clark, Joseph (Hope) Clark, James (Cindy) Clark, Catherine Greene, Jeffrey (Carol) Clark, Louis Clark, David (Andrea) Clark, and Angela Rum; her brothers, Raymond (Donna) Delrow and Michael (Patt) Delrow; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Life for Carol will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus, 746 Third Street, Menasha, Wisconsin 54952.
Carol will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
