Charles T. Carpenter

Charles (Charlie) Carpenter, aged 77, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home in August 2023.  Charlie was a son, brother, father, grandfather and friend who touched the lives of many people, across a wide-range of communities.  A long-time resident of Neenah, WI, Charlie was a proud Vietnam Veteran of the 4th Infantry, who was awarded the Bronze Star and proudly participated in the 44th Old Glory Honor Flight on April 11th, 2018.  Following an extensive career in Human Resources, Charlie enjoyed his transition-into-retirement employment in the transit industry, often driving school kids to their sporting competitions.  Charlie was a great lover of watching sports, home & auto maintenance, heckling anyone who would play him in cribbage, an occasional trip to the casino, and to spoil his two cats (Dexter and Jewel). He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Please join his family for a well-deserved service with full honors at 2pm on Friday, September 22nd at Kings Veteran's Memorial in Waupaca, WI.  The family will also be hosting a celebration of life event, on Saturday, September 23rd, from 2p-4p at Lucky Dog'z in Neenah, WI
