She also shared her creativity with her eldest daughter, bonding over sewing, crochet, and painting projects that filled their home with handmade treasures.

Among her final words to her family, Dawn said, “Moo. Baa. Tweet.” It was a special phrase she shared with her daughters and their way of saying, “Good night. I love you. See you in the morning.” It was a simple expression of the deep love and closeness they shared, and perfectly captured Dawn’s playful spirit and tender heart.

A celebration of Dawn’s life will be planned for a later date, when the flowers begin to bloom, honoring the beauty and joy she brought into the world.
