Jack S. Jurgensen

Jurgensen, Jack S. Jack S. Jurgensen, 55, of Kaukauna, WI, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2019. He was born in Milwaukee, WI, and served in the US Army 1982-1989 and the National Guard 1991-1997. Survived by “Mom” Christine, his children, Amanda (Justin) Schuttenhelm, Herbert Zingsheim, and Jacob Jurgensen. Sister Suzanne (Michael) Elliott, brothers Shane (Susan), David, Richard (Dawn), and Daniel Jurgensen. Grandchildren Leon Zingsheim and Embrylyn Schuttenhelm, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Craig. Interment Monday Sept 9th at 1 PM at Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetary, Union Grove, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Wounded Warriors Project, or to a favorite charity.
