Jann A Sachtjen

Hortonville - Jann A. Sachtjen, age 77, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 8, 2024. Jann was born in Upper Arlington, Ohio. She attended Ohio State University and moved to Wisconsin after meeting a handsome sailor while living in San Diego, CA. Jann married the Navy man, Randy Sachtjen, in 1969 and they were married for 55 years. Jann enjoyed gardening, horses, playing cards and trips to the casino. She is survived by her husband Randy, adopted son Edwardo, favorite daughter Jannie (Jesse) and 3 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, sister, brother, in-laws and numerous 4 legged friends. A celebration of life will be held at the North Star Casino at a later date.
