Julianna Helen Moore

December 12, 1923 — November 6, 2021

Julianna Helen (Thielman) Moore was born in Merrill, Wisconsin on December 12, 1923, to Julius and Elizabeth (Hansen) Thielman. She went to school and graduated from Merrill. She worked at Kimberly Clark in Neenah. She then went to work for Fox River Paper. She married Irvin Moore. They moved to Door County and lived in Sister Bay then Suamico. She then moved to Frederick Maryland and went to work at Fort Detrick in the lab and worked at Peoples Drug Store. They then moved to Snohomish Washington where she went to work at the Medical Arts Center Everett Washington as head lab tech. She also worked at Swedish Hospital. She did research with Dr Ryle Radke. She then moved back to Wisconsin in 1966 and made her home in various locations in Wisconsin. She moved to Idaho for a few years and lived near her daughter. She worked in her sons-in-law’s shake mill packing shakes until she decided she wanted to move back to Wisconsin. She flew out to Idaho every summer and spent several weeks with her family until it got too hard for her to fly anymore. Mom loved Idaho but her daughter lives rural, and mom was a city girl.

Julianna was passionate about her relationship with Jesus Christ. She loved to read her Bible, attend bible studies, and learn all she could about Him. She was also very active in serving at Christ The Rock Community Church. She started with serving in Children's ministry rocking babies. When she was no longer able to do that, she started helping in the church office with stuffing envelopes, putting together the weekly bulletin and counting the offering. Her favorite thing was preparing teaching materials for the preschool children cutting out stars, bible verse cards and craft project items and anything else that they needed to learn the stories of the bible.

She leaves behind her daughter Candace Crocker and son Keith Moore. Her grandchildren Sheyanna and spouse Jerry Weber, great grandsons Erik Martin and Levi Weber and great great grandchildren Lane and Ella Martin. She was preceded in death by her husband Irvin, son Robert Moore, son-in-law Bill Crocker, grandson James Crocker, granddaughter Shayla Mesa and great grandson Chad Ryle.

We would like to express special thanks to Annette Nett, Kay Falk, Gloria Fochs and Tony & Sharron Mignon for being wonderful friends for all the help they did for mom enabling her to stay home and get to church

A celebration of her life will be at Christ The Rock Community Church, W6254 US Hwy 10 & 114 Menasha, WI on Thursday, November 18 at 2:00pm. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm until the time of the service.
