Neenah

Kevin, age 56, passed away into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday evening February 5, 2023. Family and loved ones gathered together to provide comfort to Kevin and each other during his final days. Kevin was born on March 19, 1966 at Theda Clark Hospital Neenah, Wisconsin, to parents Elmer and Susan Mueske. In October of 2020 Kevin was diagnosed with cancer. Thanks to an army of prayers he was able to fight this disease for 2 years with the Lord by his side. During his battle Kevin grew closer to Christ and further shared his lifelong gift of spreading joy to others at an even greater level despite his illness.

Kevin was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents. He is survived by both parents Susan (Peterson) Mueske and Elmer Mueske Jr. The love of his life Bobbi Jo Rusch and honorary daughter Cayly Rusch, his son Tyler Burns (Taylor Burns). Three loving sisters: Kim Jossart (Chris Jossart), Kelly Mueske (twin sister), Kristine Amacher (Scott Ronski), dear loving friend Sarah Cooper and nephew and friend Justin Kuehl.

Kevin was well known in the printing industry where he worked for 30 plus years. Spending most of those years as production manager at Pro Label and enjoying the people he interacted with. Kevin was a lifelong resident of Wisconsin. He had a great love for nature and the outdoors, loving animals and especially his dogs; Venus, Bailey and Abby. His favorite hobbies involved hunting (always looking to get that big buck) fishing and watching football especially the Green Bay Packers. In his younger days he spent time on his motorcycles. Kevin loved his family dearly, he was generous and selfless son, father, brother and partner to Bobbi Jo. Kevin will be remembered as the kind of man who would help anyone in need.

Funeral services for Kevin will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Calvary Chapel 2136 E. Newberry Street, Appleton, Wisconsin 54915 With Pastor Dwight Douville officiating. Visitation from 11:00 until the time of service at 12:00 with a luncheon provided after the service.
