Kristel "Kris" Blake

Kristel (Kris) Blake passed away peacefully on May 24, 2023 at the age of 50.  She was born in Appleton, WI on December 21, 1972.

 

Kris enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends.  She also had a passion for music (well, mostly only 80's rock bands) but enough so, that she helped the band Minus One anyway that she could.  Kris was also a member of the Van Dyne Lyons Club for several years and recently received the Birch-Strum award for her faithful service.

 

Kris was preceded in death by her parents, Lowell and Sharon Blake; grandparents Louis and Mary Blake, and Edward and Laura Kettner.

 

Kris is survived by her brother, Steven (Erin) Blake and their children: Morgan, Isaac, Adeline and Eleanor; special extended family members Razaya Bates, Alex Gehring and Chance Dake; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

 

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be scheduled in late summer.
