Laura D. Betz

Laura Denise Betz age 57, went to be with our Lord Thursday July 7^th, 2022, at St. Clare Memorial Hospital after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on July 16^th, 1964, in Appleton, WI. to William Betz and Joan Dominowski (Betz). Laura’s life was nothing short of an adventure as she was always considered “the life of the party”. No matter where she went, someone knew her name and she could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. Laura was definitely the best “storyteller” able to deliver a dialogue that could capture anyone’s attention. This paired with her creative temperament which included playing the piano, dancing, singing, and drawing best illustrates Laura’s love for the arts.

Laura is survived by her son Alexander Kells, stepmother Tracy Betz, brother Robert (Anne) Betz, half-sister Brigette Betz, step-sister Janet Coleman (Dominowski), step-brothers Calvin Dominowski, Keith Dominowski, and Bruce Dominowski; Aunt Sacia Anderson, cousin Amber Anderson (Hart), and nieces and nephews Kristina Petrasko (Chris), Annika Betz (Bryce), Chloe Betz, Jessica Hill, Chad Betz (Jodi), and Charlie Betz, and special friend Deb Diener-Berndt. Laura was greeted in heaven by her father William Betz, mother Joan Dominowski (Betz), stepfather Jerry Dominowski, grandmother and grandfather Lorna and Wilbert Betz.

Laura will be laid to rest Monday July 25, 2022 at Riverside Cemetery @ 2:30pm with a celebration of life to follow.
