Nancy "Nana" Jimenez

Nancy Marie (Prothero) Jimenez age 59, of Appleton, Wi. Passed away after battling cancer on 4/25/2021.

Nancy, known by many as Nana was born Nov 9, 1961 in Racine Wi. To Miles and Joan (Card) Prothero. She resided most of her life in Chicago IL and moved to Wi. In 2006.

Nancy worked as a Cosmetologist, but spent most of her time volunteering and helping others in her community, whether providing care packages to the homeless, or feeding and offering a place to stay for friends in need. Nancy spent her entire life taking care of others, and touched thousands of lives throughout hers.

Nancy enjoyed making dream catchers and many other crafts with and for her grandchildren and other family and friends.

Nancy is survived by her 2 children Angela E. Jimenez and Francisco A. Jimenez Jr. (Crystal), both of Appleton and 2 step-daughters, Janet and Guadalupe Jimenez of Chicago and 11 grand children, Michael, Martin, Makayla, Gavin, Adam, Sylvia, Renee, Christopher, Tyler, Jonathan, and Julian. She is also survived by 4 brothers, and 5 sisters.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Miles G. and Joan M. (Card) Prothero.
