Neil E. Cartwright

NEIL E.CARTWRIGHT, 73, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2026 in Little Chute, WI. He was born on March 1, 1953 in Waupaca, WI, the oldest child to parents Clarence Cartwight and Betty (Mcintosh) Cartwright. He spent much of his life in Menasha, graduating from Menasha High School in 1971.

Neil was a loyal union worker for over 30 years at Thilmany/International Papers Company in Kaukauna. He greatly enjoyed deer and turkey hunting, fishing, golfing, and family camping. In his younger days he also enjoyed playing pool and won several cribbage competitions.

He is survived by, and will be greatly missed by his sons, Kelly Cartwright and Scott Cartwright, and his siblings Lisa (Jeff) Young and David (Linda) Cartwright, and significant friend Paula Westfal. He is further survived by his ex-wife Pamela Kubale, step-daughter Jennifer (Jeremy) Dash, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gary, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Special thanks to the people who cared for Neil over the past years as he struggled with medical issues, most recently at Little Chute Health Services nursing home and with Moments Hospice.

A memorial celebration of life will be held at a later date after cremation.
