Shad Paul Samp of Menasha passed away unexpectedly at the age of 48 Thursday, August 6, 2020. He was born on September 9, 1971 in Neenah. Son of John and Vickie Samp (Krutz). Shad is survived by 3 children, Robert Samp and Josh Samp and Amanda (Jeremy) Dassler, mother Vickie Samp (Krutz), brother John (Brenda) Samp, sister Terry (Steve) Jacob, 4 grandchildren and a lot of friends and family.
Shad was preceded in death by his father John Samp, brother Shane Samp, cousins Jared Samp and Jimmie Bleck, grandparents Leo and Angeline Samp, and Albert and Helen Krutz.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
